Why Now? The Malaysian esports market hit RM2.8 billion in 2024, but university-level infrastructure is practically non-existent. We're filling that gap.

Risks and challenges

Challenge #1: University Perception Some faculty still see gaming as "time wasting" rather than legitimate sport/career path. Strategy: Showcase scholarship opportunities, career placement success stories, and academic integration.

Challenge #2: Tournament Logistics

Coordinating 8 universities across different systems, schedules, and gaming setups. Solution: Cloud-based tournament management, standardized equipment partnerships, flexible scheduling systems.

Challenge #3: Sustainability Student organizations typically struggle with consistent funding and leadership transitions. Approach: Corporate sponsorship model, alumni network development, institutionalized program structure.
